JC's Gourmet has been providing gourmet provisions to restaurants and specialty grocers in the southeast region since 2008. With advance notice, we can prepare and deliver our Gulf Coast gourmet, including our specials like our shrimp Chillin' Ceviche, for special private events that do not require us to cater. If you are a non-profit seeking an event food sponsor, we do provide catering for fundraising events.
