Somethin' Snappy

Hickory-smoked snapper, chopped and folded into our in-house cream cheese, mayo, and albacore blend as a base, along with our homemade Cajun seasoning that leaves a warm, savory sensation with each bite.


Jommin' Jalapeños

A garnish of rum-jerked, candied jalapeños and sweet peppers that pairs well with our smoked Somethin’ Snappy dip.


Poppin' Pimento

A delicious pimento cheese spread prepared with the same cajun seasoning used in our smoked Somethin’ Snappy dip and the unique syrup from our candied Jommin’ Jalapeños.


Chillin' Ceviche

A crisp, fresh shrimp ceviche zested with lime and mixed with cucumbers, sweet peppers, red onions, rice wine vinegar, and various spices. Voted Best Shrimp Dish on the Emerald Coast!


Cluckin' Chicken

A southwestern chicken salad with our homemade seasoning, a hint of smoked bacon, toasted almond slivers, shredded carrots, craisins, and red onions

Tailgatin' Tuna

Our delicious citrus-dill flavored tuna spread with ricotta, goat and parmesan cheeses, a splash of lemon juice, and a hint of sage

Ragin' Reds

A garnish of spicy, peppery picked red onions soaked in red wine vinegar, our Cajun seasoning, and our spicy blackened pepper to give it a unique, bold, and distinctive flavor

Manipulatin' Mustard

A bold deli-style mustard made with yellow mustard seeds soaked in rich Guinness Stout, giving it a distinctive, darker appearance. Apple cider vinegar adds a tangy zing and JCG’s special Jommin’ Jalapeños syrup and seed seasoning bring the heat. This mustard delivers a complex, deeper flavor profile that’s sure to elevate any dish.

Gushin' Goobers

Available seasonally from September to October, our boiled goobers are cooked slightly al dente for added texture and soaked for an extra long period of time with our homemade cajun seasoning to ensure a more intense flavor. These are not your traditional, southern boiled goobers!
